No sharing of mobile information

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in and consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from any other information sharing described in the firm’s general website privacy policy and will not be shared with any third parties. Our SMS provider (Twilio) processes messages only to deliver them and operate the messaging service.

Information collected

• Your name and mobile number, entered in the sign-up form at mylegalline.com/sms
• Your consent: that you checked the consent box, the consent wording shown, and the date and time of sign-up (plus your IP address and browser type, to verify the sign-up)
• Whether and when you opted out (STOP) or resubscribed (START)
• The content of messages exchanged with +1 (954) 350-0098

How it is used

Only to send you one-to-one texts about updates on your legal matter, appointment scheduling, and reminders; to reply to your messages; to keep a record of your consent; and to honor your opt-out choices. It is not used for marketing or promotions.
